Monday Night Ladies Ride

Rides starting April 9th - weather permitting, be sure to check forum. Please review Group Cycling Etiquette and Paceline Techniques prior to first time on this ride.

Location:	89 Ridge Rd, East Longmeadow, MA
Date:	Monday nights @ 5:30 PM
Description:	Ladies (traditionally listed as Women's only) ride upwards of 20-30 miles for the trip down into CT over rolling terrain. All abilities welcome. Guys can come if they don't push the pace!
